Pre-Covid I was working on a list of cheesemaking classes in my home region of Sonoma County where we have many amazing local dairies and cheesemakers.
Post-Covid I decided to change this list to include online cheesemaking courses led by businesses all over the country.
As we are no longer able to attend indoor cooking courses or to attend food tours (at least not here in California), I’ve found myself looking for ways to connect to food in a different way, while also learning something new.
The following cheese making courses are offered by independent businesses and people who are passionate about what they do. Support a local business by selecting a course offered by a business near you, or find the course that fits your interests best. No matter which class you choose, your journey is guaranteed to be tasty.
Happy Cheese Making!
